Lynn began her career in clinical research in 1986, working in the Phase I unit for Pharmaco in Austin, Texas. Within the next two years, she assumed the role of secretary for Pharmaco’s IRB that she continued to manage until 1999 when she founded IntegReview Ethical Review Board.

As President of IntegReview, she is responsible for business development, marketing and client relations. She has earned the Certification of Clinical Research Professionals (CCRP) and has maintained an active role in the Consortium of Independent Review Boards (CIRB) since the inception in 1993. Lynn has authored articles and thought pieces for industry publications and regularly speaks at industry conferences.
