Study Feasibility—It Really Is Your Cost Of Doing Business So Get It Right From The First Question

Tuesday, May 8, 2012 12:00pm - 1:00pm EDT
Host: SCRS Resource Guide Network

From RxTi's Webinar Series: Good Business Practices (GBP)

Few sites enjoy the feasibility process; but then again few sites provide reliable estimates of how many subjects they will enroll. Sponsors and CROs are paying more attention to how sites perform vs. targets, so it will become increasingly important for sites to accurately state what they can do, and then deliver on that. Proper feasibility – including basic recruitment planning - is labor-intense and time-sensitive, but getting it right is critical to a site’s profitability and reputation.

What you'll learn:

  • What sites must do to conduct thorough feasibility beyond what’s on the questionnaire
  • How sponsors and CROs evaluate your responses (including when you decline a study)
  • Poor feasibility’s effect on your bottom line
